There's a DVD collection coming out for the 25 year anniversary later this year. There are three episodes all of which are 2007/2008. It contains Genesis (one of my personal faves), one called The Caring Game (which hasn't been aired) and Lifeline (another which hasn't been aired) I don't know what happens in The Caring Game but in Lifeline Jackie and Brian (who is dead) have their identities stolen and cheques are used in their names Jackie apparently gets violent in the episode (watch the interview on UKTVs Alibi website). I really want this collection when it comes out and if anyone has any more stuff to do with any episode, post it here!

This new episode on the 30th - Lifeline - really doesn't look good for Jackie. She's getting her phone contract cut off and she is getting final demands for money that she hasn't spent. And just to spoil it a bit she suspects there’s a disturbing link between her situation and the case, but Matt doesn’t agree. Forced to stand down from the case and the department, Jackie takes solace at home with a bottle of wine, but she’s not alone.... Oh dear!

Wow!!!!!!! How great does that episode sound?!?!?! I bet Blythe will be great in it, she always does the emotional stuff really well. I didn't hear about the link between that and the case, although I should have guessed as they always manage to link the personal stuff to the case which I think works really well. Which episode was your favorite of the new ones? I really liked the latest one which was set in the town in which Jackie grew up, it was a great murder plot and I liked the little insight into Jackie's past. Can't wait to see Lifeline.

That episode was Amazing!!! I won't spoil it in case you haven't watched it but Blythe was rilliant in it. My favourite new episode??... Lifeline or the one that you said, I loved it when Robbie came out in that orange all -in-one thing and Stuart and Jackie wolf-whistled, I had to bite my lip so I wouldn't burst out laughing ;D

Yep, that was hilarious!!!! I loved Lifeline too, Blythe was incredible. I loved Stuart's support for her and the way all them team were worried about her but expressed it very differently. I had no idea who the murderer was and why, it was great. I thought the it was good to bring back the girl who played Francesca, Robbie's gf in Fearful Lightening, but it took me a while to work out whether it was supposed to be someone else or Francesca back again. I hope there's another new episode on soon. How's A Little Fancy Dress coming along? I can't wait to read the next bit.

Yeah, I agree with the Francesca thing. I hope that ther's a new episode soon as well, when I find out I'll post it here lol. Well after reading On Camera I got the motivation to finish the chapter, meaning that I finished the whole story, so I just posted it. If it hadn't been for your new fic then it probably wouldd have taking me until next week to write it ;D Oh and Happy New Year to everyone!!!

Back to Lifeline... How could you make that calm phonecall to Matt just after you've dislocated a mans shoulder!? And may I add she did it better than [probably] any man on her team ;D

Stuart has always been the one that has quietly supported Jackie. In Legends, he found her crying in the locker room and discretly talked to her in the office. Jackie then supported Stuart when he came out, and put her job on the line for him. They have been close ever since. It must help that they both know that it will always be friendship and nothing more. In Pinniacle, Stuart meets Jackie and gives her information, when Burke and Ross are pushing her aside. In Lifeline he gets a really tough time from Jackie actually because she is moody and putting him under more pressure. In Lifeline Stuart got

Agreed Stuart and Jackie have a great friendship and really suport each other.Over the years They have always told each other most of their wories and it was just right to have him supporting he rin Lifeline. Blythe is an amazing actress and Lifeline wa sone of her best.
