They are made for each other. Even though Robbie is a womanizer I seriously think he would stop that if he got with her.  And Jackie needs someone to keep her from ending up as a tragic old divorcee  plus she does fancy him (remember when she was saying her vows at her wedding to Brian) |

Oh totally. They are perfect for eachother, ok heres a list of my favorite Jackie/Robbie moments...
10 - The first conversation he has with her - "we'll have to get together some time... err all of us."
9 - The end of a Long Time Dead when they realise that they make a good team.
8 - Law - "well including you..." Robbie including Jackie in his 'number of women he's been with".
7 - Atonement when Robbie asks Jackie out for a drink, so sweet.
6 - Jackie quizing Stuart about Robbie's new girlfriend in Fearful Lightening
5 - Robbie asking her over for dinner and giving her a flower in Fearful Lightening
4 - The Best and Brightest when he is protective of her at the end, he obviously wants to beat up the guy who messed her about.
3 - In Long Time Dead when he tells her that he has got a room for them (for interviewing!!!) and she assumes something else and looks extremely flustered.
2 - When she says her vows and looks at Robbie, so lovely and so sad.
1 - THE TANGO!!!!!
I love Jackie and Robbie, they are so sweet.

I so agree with all of them!! The Best And Brightest is on ITV3 on Saturday, "Robbie I've not slept for about 30 hours!""It was that good?!"
Another 'moment' is in The Ties That Bind, when they are in the library and the librarian doesn't like Robbie so she only speaks to Jackie and he says, "Jackie if you need me I'll be over in the romantic fiction."
And obviously Genesis when he turns up at her house and flirts throughout the time he stays there.

Genesis is a fab Robbie/Jakcie episode! I mean how sweet. I love Matt's reaction too, he obviously wouldn't mind if they got together. It's sweet that she confides in him about the whole IVF thing whihc she considers. I never noticed the moment in The Ties That Bind, cool. I can't wait for The Best and Brightest, it's great to se Jackie having a social life and lovely at end where Robbie defends her, it also kinda shows how comfortable they are with eachother, as does genesis where they freely hug and he even kisses her on the doorstep. Have you seen the Taggart fan site? search taggart fan club, it hasn't been updated in a while but it's a brilliant site.

Yeah, I'm sure it's in that episode. It's when they're in her car, I think they'd just dropped off the young couple (Sarah and Zack?? Not sure of their names). They are talking about it and Jackie asks him how many times he gets the a chance like that come along for him, and he says the well including you... thing. It's only a llittle moment, but it's good! I bet they did hook up in the past.
There's also a Taggart on the 30th December, it's 90 mins long! Apparently Jackie has a personal crisis so I bet it's a really good episode as Blythe Duff plays Jackie so well, especially when something terrible is happening. Can't wait to see that one!

Aww yeah, that's right. Oooo 90 minutes, we haven't had one of them for a few weeks now, Blythe is amazing as Jackie. I can't wait for the one that is aired on the 15th December when they're investigating the murder that took place where Jackie was growing up  Oh, I just have to mention the scene is Homesick where she says, "I'm sure that Inspector Ross thinks it's the least he can do!" and then she takes a bite out of a chocolate bar, looking so innocent. ;D |

Cool, go for it Jackie! I haven't seen Homesick yet unfortunately, again I have taped it but I haven't got to watch it yet, wil soon though. Tonight or maybe tomorrow. I know we haven't had a 90 miniutes one in ages so I am so pleased! Can't wait for the one on 15th December too, gonna be so great. What is your favorite Jackie.Robbie moment? I must say I love the Tango, I first saw it on youtube and I couldn't stop watching it, it was so sweet.

Cool. The tango has to be one of the best things I have ever watched on youtube, that probably is my favourite Robbie/Jackie scene but Genesis has quite a lot of amazing scenes as well. I just remebered in Law (I think) when Matt says something about being hot and bothered and she looks confused and says, "Hot and bothered?!" and Robbie looks at her and says, "Has it been that long Jackie?" I think that is just typical Robbie/Jackie banter.

Yeah it is, they are so cute. They have no problem discussing their sex lives which is great, I love The Best and Brightest at the end when he protects her, there's that bit when she says she hasn't slept in so many hours and he answers, "was it that good?" it just shows how comfortable they are with oneanother. I know when I first saw the tango on youtube I just fel in love with the whole Robbie+Jackie combo, they are meant to be, lol!
